JohnMK: Apologises for the lack of updates but I’ve been on holiday (which was slightly longer than planned). In future if things go a bit quiet here pop over to Mark Kardwell’s Bad Librarianship blog. He’s your McCarthy backup man. If it’s not on here you’re find the latest news and artwork over there.

Speaking of... Out this week you’ll find more McCarthy comic splendour. ‘Age of Heroes’ issue 4 features a Captain America story written by Elliot Kalan and drawn by Brendan, you can finds more details on the Marvel website. For your viewing pleasure some unlettered artwork from the story...

As you can see above next month ‘Spider-man: Fever’ will be collected into a trade paperback which reprints issues 1-3 of Spider-man: Fever’. Plus a special reprint of one of Spidey’s earliest adventures into the wondrous world of Dr. Strange from ‘Amazing Spider-Man Annual 2’. The collection is available from September 9th and you can find more details on the Marvel website.

From now on I’ll be definitely updating the site more regularly. Brendan’s got some more upcoming comic projects and if you’re an age-old fan of his work there’s one story you will not want to miss.
